Why Do I Need To Sign Up ?

The most efficient way to communicate with Top Desert team is by asigning up and using our internal requests system. This will allo you to be sure your request was recieved by our team and also will allow us to be sure you will get our reply. Your session also is the perfect way to track your booking status and your invoice. If there is any flash update concerning any booking, you will recieve it directly in your session.

How Can I Book A Tour ?

Before you start the booking process, please make sure you are signed in. If not register first. This will take less than 20 seconds. A confirmation email will be sent to your provided email. Please make sure it's correct. Once all this done, you will go to the page of your wished tour and choose the wished duration. Then you will need to choose the price related to the size of your party. You will be then redirected to the booking form. There you will be invited to fill it with the exact information. Once done, you will be redirected to My Bookings page where you can review and edit if there is anything wrong. If everything is alright, you can click on Make Payment button to go to our online payment system. There you will need to provide your credit card information. Once done, you will be redirected back to your session. Withing the hour, your booking will be confirmed by our team and you will notice it in your session in My Booking Page.

How Can I Create A request ?

As for the booking process. To create a request, you will need to register first and log in to your account. In your dashboard, you will find a Create Request button. Each request has a title and message. You will need to define its priority and its category. Normally each time our team reply to a request, you will recieve a notification email. But as emails are not reliable, please from time to time log in to check.

Why I didn't receive a reply?

Top Desert team answer all recieved emails. If you think we didn't email you back, please check your spam or junk folder. Many of anti spam systems might consider our email as spam. So please go to your spam folder and mark Top Desert emails as safe to not have that problem again. If this problem persiste, please use our internal requests system.

What is a private tour ?

A private tour is run exclusively for you, your own families or friends with no other strangers. You may choose an ideal pre-made private tour on our website. Alternatively, Top Desert can customize an itinerary in line with your specific wishes. In particular, you will benefit from the following advantages.

How do I secure my booking ?

To allow Top Desert team to start prapring your tour, we requires a deposit of 50% from the total amount. Once we have received this deposit, we will begin the reservations and the preparation of your tour details. The remaining balance can be paid (in cash and in MAD) to your driver upon pick up from your Hotel/Riad/airport.

How do you accept payment ?

Top Desert accepts payment either by online transfer (fast) using our online payment system or PayPal, bank transfer (very slow) or by direct transfer via Western Union. We will provide you all payment informations once you decided to secure your booking. If you choose the bank transfer payment method, please note that you will be asked to send us by email a copy of the transfer receipt.

What type of vehicles do you use ?

Most of time we use land cruiser (4x4) Toyota prado. This vehicle comfortably holds 6 people including lugagge and is eqipped with seat belts and air-conditioning. For those wishing for a slight upgrade, we offer more luxurious cars.

Do you offer airport transfers ?

For those wishing to save a little money, we do offer airport transfer to / from the hotel. A driver will meet you at the airport with your name sign and take you to the appropriate destination. This driver will not be available for any other services during the day except the transfer. Pricing on airport transfers range from 0 EUR - 20 EUR depending on seasons.

What happens if there is a reduction in group size ?

If some member or members of a private tour party cancel, the increased unit cost to run the tour for the reduced number of members will be calculated. The increase in cost per person will need to be covered by the remaining travelers or the cancelling member(s).
